It all started with a griddle cake…

The original Salt’s Cure opened in Los Angeles in 2010 and has had a line out the door for brunch ever since. The star of the show has always been the beloved oatmeal griddle cake and so we decided to create a quick service, casual concept built around her as the center of a perfect breakfast. We kept it simple and called it Breakfast by Salt’s Cure.

The Flavors

    Banana griddle cakes topped with toasted walnuts and salted white butter
